Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the PLNR mobile application, operated by PLNR APP, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. PLNR is a physical preparation and training planning application.

Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, PLNR may process the following categories of data:

• account data, such as email address, password-related authentication data, login identifiers, and session tokens;
• third-party authentication data when you choose to sign in with Google or another supported provider;
• profile and preference data, such as date of birth, country, sex, language, theme, measurement units, height, body weight, training preferences, and available equipment;
• training and recovery data, such as goals, plans, sessions, exercises, loads, repetitions, volume, rest times, progress history, and your answers about sleep quality, fatigue, and stress;
• technical data, such as device identifier, device model, operating system, app version, language, and connection information required for service security;
• subscription data, such as the purchased plan, transaction identifiers, trial status, and renewal or expiration dates, processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat; PLNR does not receive your payment card details;
• app interaction and attribution data, such as app launches, registration, paywall views, and checkout starts, processed with Meta App Events and RevenueCat to measure app and advertising performance. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking is requested through Apple's tracking permission prompt; and
• local notification preferences when you enable training reminders or timers.

How We Use Data

We use this data to:

• create and secure your account;
• allow you to sign in, including through supported third-party authentication providers;
• generate, adapt, and display your training plans using your profile, exercise history, and recovery answers;
• synchronize your preferences and training history across devices;
• send account verification, password reset, and security emails;
• operate, maintain, and secure the application;
• diagnose technical issues and prevent fraudulent or abusive use;
• manage subscription access and process purchase-related events;
• measure app usage and advertising performance, subject to applicable permissions and choices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers required to operate PLNR, such as hosting providers, transactional email providers, authentication services you choose to use, and technical platforms required to distribute the application. These providers include Apple and Google for store purchases, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Meta for app events and advertising attribution. RevenueCat may send subscription events to Meta to measure advertising performance. They may access data only as needed to perform their services.

Storage and Security

Data is stored on servers controlled by PLNR APP or its technical providers. Data exchanged with our services is transmitted over HTTPS. Session tokens are stored in a secure device storage area when the platform supports it. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

Retention

Account and training data is kept while your account remains active or as long as needed to provide the service. Some technical data may be retained for a limited period to maintain security, resolve incidents, or comply with legal obligations.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing where the law allows it.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data through our account deletion request page, or by contacting us at contact@plnr-app.com. We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or prevent abuse.

Children

PLNR is not intended for children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal data without parental authorization, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the application, our practices, or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
